In fact, the company still maintains an extensive number of combined years of UPS management service on staff. Blue Streak’s fully licensed, insured and bonded service providers pass a thorough background check and per client requests adhere to a consistent uniformed image, including picture identification. During our vetting process, we review 7-year background checks searching the county, state and federal courts along with the national sex offender database. We also run social security number verifications. Our management staff is equally dedicated to exceeding client expectations. Blue Streak embraces full technological integrations via API/ASN/EDI, which allow for enhanced visibility and accountability. Bar code scanning, status updates during transit, digital signature capture and pictures combine for proof of delivery and provide peace of mind and allow your staff to focus on their core competencies instead of worrying about logistics. For more unscheduled / on-demand services, customers can enter requests online and receive an email confirmation upon each step of the delivery cycle: order creation, pick-up, and delivery. This feature also provides real-time visibility, proactive communication, and Rapid Response Resolution for any disruption in the transportation chain. We utilize a daily management scorecard to measure key performance indicators, focusing our attention on a root-cause approach to addressing exceptions or irregularities. Upon scorecard review, all exceptions are managed individually. The Blue Streak Quality Improvement Process focuses on continuous improvement. Direct ownership is established by assigning management and the front-line personnel to specific key performance indicators of quality. Strategic plans with identified impact elements and action plans are included in the process.
